Where aspirations meet action

Every goal, big or small, demands a breakdown into actionable steps. Taking that initial step creates momentum - a powerful force that, when consistently pursued, helps you get closer to where you want to be. This is where we come in: to get you on Day 1.

The School of Day 1 brings together the collective wisdom of our community and translates it into practical, bite-sized lessons to help youths turn their aspirations into reality. These lessons are delivered by volunteer mentors in a pop-up school format at key community platforms and events where youths gather.

The School is powered by the dedication of passionate volunteers, driven to share the hacks from their professional and personal lives, all with the fervent goal of helping the next generation thrive.

Since its launch in January 2024, the School has run 8 sessions and engaged over 150 mentees, with the support of more than 30 volunteer mentors from diverse backgrounds.

for the ones in transition --
between chapters, between roles, between dreams:

This Singapore National Day season, we're working on a compendium of 60 strategies and hacks from the corporate community that can be helpful for those in transition, trying to score their next gig or opportunity.

If you would like to contribute, please do take a minute to file your submission in the link below.

We are planning to publish this online, and if we can secure some funding, we'd love to produce copies to hand out at career fairs, partner events, and community gatherings that seek to support job seekers!

A new micro masterclass in 2025!

New Year, New Concept

Our new series: ASSEMBLY went live in April 2025! It features micro-masterclasses, with mentors delivering engaging 15 to 18-minute TED Talk-style sharings that explore the “how,” providing participants with practical steps and actionable strategies to help them achieve their goals.

Take your first step toward landing a role that you’ve set your sights on.

At this session, we will focus on the topic “How to Level Up in Job Interviews.” Our mentors will share invaluable tips from their personal journeys, empowering youths to enhance their skills and succeed in securing their desired roles. Don’t miss this chance to gain insights that can elevate your career journey!
